We have also developed an appellate practice and have made successful appeals to our local Court of Appeal, as well as the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. Debra Reid Archer
Debra is the Managing Partner. She has over 25 years of practice of law. Her specialties are contracts, corporate, commercial, real estate and entertainment law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Howard University and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law. She has been practicing law in Jamaica since 1992 and has been admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey and Jamaica. She is also admitted to the Southern District of New York Federal Courts. Debra and her husband Michael have 4 children.
Jacqueline Cummings
Jacqueline has over 20 years experience in the practice of civil and criminal litigation, personal injury cases, estate and tax matters, immigration and family law. She is the President of the Jamaica Bar Association and a member of the Advocates Association of Jamaica. Jacqueline has earned great respect in Jamaica’s sporting world, as she has been involved in several sports, both as a player and an administrator. She is a past member of the Jamaica Football Federation Disciplinary Committee and the Jamaica Table Tennis Association Disciplinary Committee. Jacqueline earned her LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies and has been admitted to practice in Jamaica and Guyana. Jacqueline and her husband Neil Gordon-Martin have one daughter, Alexis.
Clifton Campbell

Clifton specializes in Civil Litigation including, but not limited to, personal injury claims, commercial litigation and land matters. He also practices criminal litigation. Clifton was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2014 and is a graduate of the University of Technology, Jamaica, where he obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B.) with Honours. While reading for his Certificate of Legal Education (CLE) at the Norman Manley Law School, Clifton was an intern at Archer, Cummings & Company. Clifton is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with his family, watching and participating in sports (football especially). He is a devoted Chelsea FC fan.
Giovanni Gardner
Giovanni Gardner is a young and enthusiastic Associate specializing in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies (LL.B) with Honours, and graduated from the Norman Manley Law School. He was admitted to practice in 2016. Giovanni is a past student of Campion College and during his time at the Norman Manley Law School he led several executive committees and organized major charity events. He is an avid fan of Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz and the English football club Bolton Wanderers. During his spare time Giovanni enjoys critiquing films and reading classic literature.
Mellesa Wright

Mellesa is a freshly minted litigation paralegal who received her training at National College of Management & Business. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. She is also an avid reader.
Yvette Wiggan

Yvette’s specialty is probate and real estate matters and has been with the firm for 15 years. She received her training at the Paralegal Training Institute.
